Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the YAYOI KNIFE online store operated by EDGECRAFT Inc. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General

These Terms of Service apply to all users of this site. We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products

All products sold on YAYOI KNIFE are authentic Japanese knives. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual items may vary slightly in appearance.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include consumption tax where applicable. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.

4. Shipping

Shipping availability and fees depend on the destination country or region. Estimated delivery time is generally 1 week to 1 month, but customs inspections, import procedures, or local delivery conditions may require additional time. APO, FPO, DPO, and U.S. Armed Forces addresses (AA, AE, AP) are not eligible for delivery.

5. Customs, Import Taxes, and Restrictions

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other related charges are the customer's responsibility. Kitchen knives may be subject to import restrictions depending on the country or region. Please confirm local regulations before placing an order.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 8 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our products or services for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could harm, disable, or impair our site or services.

8. Limitation of Liability

EDGECRAFT Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyogo Prefecture.
